Grapes
The Linze blanco is a blend of Chardonnay and Viognier varieties fermented in oak barrels, where the fruit of the grapes and the toasted notes of the barrel are perfectly combined, giving it an absolute complexity.

Vineyards
Vines about 20 years old on trellises with average yields of 3,500-4000 Kg/Ha.

Elaboration
Harvested by hand, in small crates, from organic grapes from 2 very different plots. Each variety is vinified separately. Pre-fermentative cold maceration and spontaneous, controlled alcoholic fermentation at low temperature.

WINE OF THE MONTH

Upbringing
After 9 months of ageing on the lees in barrels of different origins and characteristics, the entire production is bottled in a single batch and remains at least another 9 months in the bottle before being released onto the market.

Alcoholic strength
13.5% Vol

Service
Serving temperature 9-12 °C.

Tasting
Lemon yellow, intense with golden reflections, bright and dense. Complex, the nose is reminiscent of tropical fruit (pineapple), accompanied by citrus notes and a touch of bakery, hay and white flowers. In the mouth it is full-bodied and unctuous. We find mineral hints that, combined with the elegant acidity, result in a very attractive wine.
The aftertaste is fruity and citric (lemon candy) with a subtle aniseed touch.

Pairing
Ideal with fish stew, recipes with pumpkin, dishes with mushrooms and nuts, seafood, pâtés, rice dishes, white meats and all kinds of cheeses.
